We bring a uniqueness and energy to our live shows that very few bands are capable of. We are very tight musically and pull out all the stops to leave the crowd happy, be it gettin' naked, making stupid jokes or making stupid jokes about gettin' naked.
Describe your sound in five words or less.
The Clash meets Four Tops
Tell us something random about the band, and why that's significant.
Our sax player can out play you with one hand while spinning in a circle. It's significant because he's the best tenor sax player you've ever heard.
Who would you want to work with, and who would you never work with? Why?
Having a record produced by Mick Jones would be a dream. Aside from what he accomplished in the Clash, his production work with the Libertines speaks for itself.
If the band was a cartoon, what would it be and why?
Mighty Mouse. Cause sometimes the little guy wins, and we can be campy as all hell
What's the best album you've heard recently?
"Reform School Girl" by Nick Curran and the Lowlifes
What song do you never want to hear again?
Anything by Kesha or Katy Perry. Really anything currently on top 40 radio.
What is Chicago's best music venue and why?
The Double Door. It smells like rock n roll in there, which incidentally smells a lot like whiskey and syphilis.
