In a Monday phone interview with NBC's Bob Costas, former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky denied claims that he's a pedophile. Though Sandusky was staunch in his innocence,  the interview left some viewers skeptical, to say the least. Here are some reactions circulating the web today:

"At the very least, he confirmed to viewers that he exhibits inappropriate behavior around young boys. In hearing the way he spoke and sounded, I was left with a creepy feeling about him and I'm sure I'm not alone," Mark Paul, Yahoo News

"Jerry Sandusky's bizarre answer about young boys, reminded me of when @Toure asked R Kelly abt young girls,"  Jemele Hills, ESPN columnist on Twitter

"Sandusky paints himself as a man who is caught up in one massive series of unfortunate miscommunications; that this whole nightmare is nothing more than what is now a growing list of people who incorrectly interpreted his behavior," Mac Engel, McClatchy Newspapers

"Anybody see Bob Costas interview Jerry Sandusky? Great job Bob," Oprah Winfrey on Twitter

"If it were up to me, Jerry Sandusky would be going from Penn State right to the State Penn," Joan Rivers on Twitter
